Minafon is a three storey family home belonging to Nan & Neil Marsh set on the outskirts of the quiet village of Llanwnda.
We are 2 miles from the Award Winning Dinas Dinlle beach and dunes area, 7 miles from the foot of Mt. Snowdon, UK’s 2nd highest mountain and 3 miles from the castle town of Caernarfon with its newly developed Marina.

The property is surrounded by 4 acres of its own land with a river running alongside it.

The ground floor of the house has been converted into a self contained, self catering, cottage styled apartment, which can sleep up to 8 people. The apartment is of an open plan design, with an oak beam, local slate floors and pine paneling.

The property consists of a double bedroom, a small double bunk room and open plan lounge which contains two double futon beds. The lounge has an open inglenook stone fireplace which unfortunately cannot house an open fire, but the apartment is fully centrally heated. The kitchen is fully equipped with freestanding cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Access to a tumble dryer is available on request. The bathroom consists of a walk in shower, heated towel rail, sink and toilet.

The cost of the apartment includes heating, electric, bedding and towels. Prices quoted are for the cost of the apartment and not per person.

Locally there are quite a few good pubs & restaurants. We are in a well positioned central area to explore the coast, castles or the mountains, it is all here.

The area is ideal for all outdoor pursuits, walking, cycling, climbing, watersports etc. There is something here for everybody.

Well behaved children and pets are welcome to stay at the facility.
