Accommodation
This newly refurbished self-contained double glazed accommodation is set within four acres of rural farm land and is believed to be part of an old saw mill and comprises of:
Bedroom 1: Double bed, pine wardrobe, pine three drawer cabinet, pine panelled ceiling and rustic slate floor. View towards the garden and river.
Bedroom 2: Pair of bunk beds suitable for adults and children, single wardrobe, pine panelled ceiling, walls and rustic slate floor.
Bathroom: Comprises of white sink, toilet and electric shower. Heated towel rail, pine panelled ceiling and rustic slate floor.
Lounge: Original oak beam, natural stone fireplace (unable to accommodate a real fire at present), rustic old bread oven, two double futon beds, TV, DVD player and FreeView TV. Pine panelled ceilings and rustic slate floor.
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with Belfast sink, electric free standing cooker, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, dining table and chairs. Drying area for wet gear, cutlery, crockery and pots and pans.
Outside: Ample off road parking space, patio area, bike storage and bike wash. There is a river that runs alongside the garden and land and families must be aware of this for their children's safety. No children should be allowed to wander unsupervised.
